Personally I think we could easily double in pretty short order on confirmation of a funding package , assuming it's along the lines of what PM has indicated he is trying to close . Obviously it's a gamble , but the risk versus reward is very attractive.

All seems very quiet here at the moment ! It would be nice to get some welcome news later this week .

Largish buyers looking to take advantage of the potential uplift and relief rally on confirmation of funding , rather than waiting on the sidelines . I'm already in , and will buy more on the confirmation , and then wait for mining to commence , and then possibly buy more again , and then sit back with fingers crossed , if at any point we have doubled my average purchase price , I will sell half and have a free carry , and just wait to see how PMs strategy shapes up .

Nice to see 99% of today's healthy volume so far are purchases . At least the sp has perked up a bit , but I would like to see us over 5 bid in the next few days .

Good news that they have confirmed that they will not be seeking any additional funding via a placing or similar, as the shorters were trying to get us to believe . I'm told these new XRT machines are amazing bits of kit and should make a huge difference in this sort of mining operation , they are light years ahead of machines that were being used in the past by other companies . It's a very welcome update that dispels the rumours .

Clearly the funding is not certain , and there is obviously an element of risk . Therefore it is highly unlikely to say the least , that the current sp is not reflecting to an extent that risk . It is impossible to know to what level the sp is being discounted to allow for the risk . We will of course find out when financing is agreed . Personally I think it is a large discount , but who knows ! This is a major hurdle to get over , and then there will be others . And as they hopefully are cleared , we will see it very clearly reflected in the sp.

The market is pricing us as not having got the funding , which is the actuality at the moment , until it is physically signed . When signed there will be a flurry of rerating notes , and the institutions who have a weighting of their portfolio in Diamond companies already , will be able to buy as it will have been derisked sufficiently for them to do so , and most will want a spread of investment across the whole sector . And then we will fly in my view and could very quickly be in double digit territory. . until then we will probably just drift around a bit . Personally , I expect PM to get the ball into the back of the net pretty soon !

Hopefully it won't go to the wire , and we may even get a result later this week !

Are a spread betting firm , it will have been one of their punters being stopped out , or simply closing their position .

Looks like some of the shorts being unwound , PM has done a very good deal in a difficult market . Bodes very well for the future . Once signed off , we will see institutional buying which will take the sp to another level entirely in my opinion. It's a storming buy at the current level.

I think we all know who started and is trying to spread the rumour ! I think there may be a scramble to unwind the shorts very soon !

I agree completely , the window of opportunity for the shorters will be closed very soon ! And could easily be later today if PM deploys his war chest .

Bearing in mind financing news will be literally within days , this could turn very sharply in the right direction very quickly and any shorters not ahead of the game will get very badly burnt ! I would love to see our available £500k war chest deployed tomorrow . After all , that's what it's there for , so seems rude not to use it !

Someone has sold 100 shares twice , ie less than a fivers worth , just to register the low bid trade etc .

Total nonsense from share prophets , None of the 500k loan facility has been drawn down for example , so to mention it has to be repaid in two weeks is an academic point . If it had been used at all , PM would have to release an RNS to inform the market. And I suspect the board has obviously taken into account the running costs of the company in their negotiations of the financing requirement , and not simply forgotten this element ! It's classic scaremongering by share prophets for one of their close pals I would guess . Seen them do it before loads of times . It's an obvious buy at these levels .

Any shorts are likely to get buried very quickly . finance will be completed within days and PM has £500k of firepower to take advantage of exactly that sort of situation , if it occurs .
