System, you claim to be a millionaire investor but yet your asking what happens in a placing?

If Cheek delivers in the next month or so on what he's said then he would have already done more the Budd with regards to the commercial aspect of the business.

As others have said, hopefully he doesn't over promise and under deliver as we've had over 2 years of that under Budd and shareholders deserve a break and some reward for sticking with this for the past few years.

I think if Cheek delivers in the next few months, shareholders will take part in any raise as there finally may be light at the end of the GDR tunnel.

Stocksaint, why would GDR need to raise funds when Bigliar67 has already told us that they are funded until Oct 2025!

Bigliar67 says that GDR are funded intil Oct 2025.

The man running GDR says they are funded until the end of Q1 2024.

GDR may have stated that they are out of cash in less than 6 months but Bigliar67's numbers show finance in place for 2 years so they'll let him do the talking as he's never wrong!

Gdr are clearly not in a good position but it will not be GDR that suffer the pain, it will be the shareholders. We are going to be heavily diluted next year otherwise GDR cease to exist.

They spend 400k a month on who knows what, they have multiple distribution deals but fail to sell anything, anywhere and drawing down 300k a month, doesn't even cover the costs each month.

If this was privately owned, it would be gone.

Bigliar67 will probably be nowhere to be seen, he only appears when the sp rises to tell us how well GDR are doing. He's s been consistently wrong since the sp was over £1 but yet attacks anyone who disagrees with what has clearly turned out to be utter lies by him.

Maybe people should click on Bigliar67's name, they will see statements where the sp would be £5 plus, they would see what a great opportunity it was to keep buying in the placements, despite the sp continuing to drop, they would see how when the sp was £1 plus it was a great time to buy in, they would see the GDR rocket ready for take off above 50p, only for the sp to drop to less than 10p, they would see devote funding of 2.1mil, only for it to be 1.2mil, they would see you claim that BC where going to sell millions of tests, despite not selling one.
