I think it will be a raise as he'll do it at 6p or there abouts and then the NICE news will give the sp a lift and the ii's that bought at 6p can easily sell at say 12p and double their money.
It's almost a no brainer to take the shares at 6p when you know that good news is pretty much nailed on a month or so later.
Raise in say Jan, good news in Feb, ii's exit with double their money and LTH's are left holding the baby yet again as they are stuck with high averages.

Given the statement about being a going concern, they have effectively put themselves up for sale.
If any offers come in prior to NICE then we are pretty much done for as we'll get very little.
Any offer has to be after NICE and after orders have started to come in, hopefully the board will have the strength to hold off until then but I doubt it given their lack of consideration for shareholders.
There doesn't even seem any interest in trying to reduce the monthly outgoings to try and make cash go further.
For a select few at GDR, this has basically been a life style business and now we have reached the point where the wheels are starting to fall off.
