Rackla Metals to appoint new CEO and President

So looks like the CASA Transaction is close to being Finalised GLA

Last placing was at 6.5p so they are well under water now, Hoping for a gradual climb back with any news GLA

How do you guys think the next fund raise will go down within a few weeks it says ?
The previous fund raise didn’t include the new acquisition cost.

Took some chips of the table today as not prepared to be all in with a hint of uncertainty that has now crept into my mind.
Risk has definitely increased after the RNS and my trust has been eroded somewhat.
Still got a house on it but 3 bed not 4 !!

Injunction against Zamsort

doubleup yes he also holds 74m arc shares ! Fact is he has got an injunction which looks like will have to go to arbitration and our BOD have not reported it yet..

JFRake. Makes me uncomfortable having these kind of claims lodged at high courts i wonder if the fund raise and comment about increasing our stake in Zamsort by negotiation is linked

Anyone else read the the details of the legal injunction only serious holders will find it not sharing

Excellent bed fellow on a project IMO and Just to remind everyone both NvS and Remy have a very significant
interest in Arc and will be doing everything in their power to establish major Share Holder Value longer Term.
This will fit into a longer term strategy but i must admit the raise should have been at 7.5p to avoid all this GLA

Looks like they are short of cash after been severely impacted by Covid so we are picking up a nice asset quite cheap IMO
