mm isnt that the same for every pre-production mine in the world?...fyi did you read the scooping study..didnt it set out there what was need and how the mine can be profitable ( zinc has since risen +8% since then)....if you want to be the "voice of reason" answer the questions put to you...."all the scrap in the world has value" indeed it does and if the cost to extract<the sale price happy days!!!
