The moment bondholders believe their money is in danger they will shut amigo in a second PS I hold a substantial amount of shares they are now a free ride as I sold enough to get my money invested back but too many on here are talking this share up for there own benefit

Both the auditors and company told the high court it was the scheme or bust they now cant say that was not true or they misled the court and that is a Criminal offense. Their only option now in my opinion is to wipe out existing shareholders in a debt for equity swap be careful out there

No one should paint this as anything other than the company shafting Private Investors . I really have difficulty with the management here they seemed to be wanting to dilute the share at every cut and turn. rather come to shareholders for cash why not use some bitcoin to finance things . As someone involved in digital currency since the early 200os and have been on several development teams I know how easily bitcoin can crash and at some point, heavy regulation will come from the Biden administration this share is a pure gamble.Yes buy a few shares but know the risks involved
