kammi, after many emails last week, I see EY have been the problem here not doing the Due diligence and the UK arm not engaging enough with the Canada side to get everything in order for the FCA is my take, lets see if we can get our house in order for the 26th, only a week to go

shaa yeah its going to be a mad house, think on that day I will watch from the sidelines while the madness and all the noise goes on lol x

shaa when we first went into suspension lots were saying that we needed to a consolidation to make this work as we had too many shares, so yeah can see derampers trying to shake some out that dont like the consolidation idea

Island the company have been badly advised by EY, EY know the FCA regulations and I have told ART that in a reply.

Had a reply from ART its the archaic rules of FCA, so nothing to do with EY being inept, and he is not doing any RNS to keep us informed, untill its all sorted

HFB that was a complement saying where are you when we need you, not a dig, I know your sick and when your able to post you will, your health comes first before anything

morning all, I do have a problem (but i still think its to do with the FCA that if we submit the financials then the prospectus will have to be re-submitted) this is for the Audit report and its from March, so if EY cant do this then they need to be sacked.

Iron i had to laugh at that wounder how many shareholders think that also

LB no we dont want another extension, but it could be that Company needs the FCA to ok the prospectus first...just a though
