Hi Bel,
I was having the same thoughts myself about the US.
Maybe it was a mistake having this on OTC as we (UK) seem to get no benefit from the US.
They are always more than willing to sell off on opening after we've done all the work.
I think everyone just needs to turn off their devices and go outside and enjoy the fresh air for a couple hours.
It's been an absolute terrible few days.
Surely things cannot continue to go downwards?!
If so, it might spell the end of crypto.
(scream)
Hopefully once the US come online it'll give it the kick to get up towards 200p.
It's just a shame that we've got a stability in the price now that BTC has fallen from ATH.
It would have been great to see how ARB performed with BTC at ATH.
Hi JCreek,
To me it sounds like he is out because last week we dropped to below 200p (whilst BTC was ATH) which led me to believe, rightly or wrongly, that Timmis was still bailing out.
Surely he would have stopped at maybe 200p after seeing the detrimental effect on his selling price and waited for things to pick up again. Especially during BTC ATH.
Hi Al
I don’t know many people (well truth be told ANY people) who would be as calm as you losing £1.6m in a week.
I guess we live in different worlds.
How is the billionaire lifestyle I’ve been dreaming of all my life?

Hi Kat
It might just be a double bluff.
If he was to announce that they had no plans for Nasdaq he might fear it would adversely affect the stock price. Given the current state of the price anyway might give him the chance to try and bury the bad news of no listing with the next monthly report.
Hey Phil
I’d happily take that bet to be proved wrong!
It’s a win win for me.
If he has fooled us all into assuming Nasdaq then I win.
If he pulls a master stroke to get us listed and my stock increases greatly, I win.
:)
Apologies if I’ve missed this but Bitfarms have no problem in announcing that they are applying for Nasdaq. They mention it again in their latest press release.

Peter has nothing of substance to hide behind when he says he “cannot talk about it”.
I think him not saying anything means there are no plans for Nasdaq.
Of course this is just my opinion.

“A tough week”
That’s the understatement of the year...
PW seems unwilling to want to even think about selling btc since it’s all good for their balance sheet.
Given the choice I’m sure he’d pick dilution again rather than sell btc which he would see as an appreciating asset.
Hi Herdie
We’ll need to see where the share price sits come Feb-Mar 2022.
If the price is around the 500p level (God I hope it is!) I’m sure the share holders will be more accepting of dilution I guess.
If we are still in the 150-200p range then it’ll be a bitter pill for the LTHs to swallow.
Hi Kevin
The problem with the dilution cut though was that it did not cut back to him actually answering the question. He suddenly moved to the next question as though something was said but they when decided to remove it.
He could have given us some reassurance by saying there are no current plans for dilution this quarter or year etc...
Thanks for the link to the new video BBB.
it was a little concerning at around the 10:20 mark when he was talking about any further plans for dilution. The video was cut as if he said something that later had to be removed.
Does this mean that there are further plans for dilution rather than selling at least some Bitcoin to reassure shareholders that they are being considered?
Time will tell.
This weekend will definitely be a tough one for people deciding whether to stay in or get out.
BTC seems to be heading down so might continue falling over the weekend too which would leave us in an even tougher position for opening on Monday.
I’ve reduced my holdings to derisk a little in the hope that I have the opportunity to buy back in averaging down.
Of course if it shoots up then I’ll have gotten it wrong but since no one can see into the future who can tell if it’s the right or wrong decision.
