Yes agree they would also have had many meetings, visited the area with both Harl and the objectors , so we are now at the stage of finalising the decision which will include a-huge amount of legislation and conditions that will need to be met , I know all this has been done in the past but this I think is the final word on the project so fingers crossed 🤞 it goes Harls way
