Stokey indeed the need for harl in a consortium to bid for work is good idea imho , this funding needs pushing through asap aswell as pointed out yesterday could effect future contracts

Let’s hope whoever gets in will push this funding through , I think JW is expecting it signed off perhaps before Monday 8th July
