Agree that the DFS will be key to unlocking a sale ... and note that EUA has only just received the Rosnedra approval to the vDFS "at the end of June 2023". Perhaps EUA were waiting to include it in the AR.
"At Monchetundra, the DFS study for the several open pits at Loipishnune and West Nittis was completed for the project's development and submitted at the end of 2022 and the Company was notified that all authorities were received at the end of June 2023."
Well, according to the Companies Act 2006, (provision #336):
"Every public company must hold a general meeting as its annual general meeting in each period of 6 months beginning with the day following its accounting reference date (in addition to any other meetings held during that period)."
and in provision #307:
"A general meeting of a public company (other than an adjourned meeting) must be called by notice of—
(a)in the case of an annual general meeting, at least 21 days, and
(b)in any other case, at least 14 days."
@ Scuba - the Queeld issue is a puzzle for sure but I find it hard to believe that the company + nomad + brokers have allowed a situation where there is any liability over a lost share certificate if that is what the dispute is about.
Relevant perhaps that the company do not seem clear who owns the Queeld interest - perhaps the dispute is actually between claimants within Queeld ...
RNS 22 July 2020
"According to the information available to the Company, the ultimate beneficial owner of Queeld Ventures is Galina Pchelkina."
It is curious that there has been no announcement re the AGM as it should be by end June and 21 days notice should be given etc (unless I am wrong about that)
Even when the AGM had to be delayed last year there was a notification to that effect on 7th June …
Does suggest something is going on ..?
