I think the MM's are slowly creaaping the price up to tempt people out of their shares. I am finally showing a small profit here........ Do I hold for an even bigger profit or take a put into something with a faster return??? Anyone got any views here???????????

I think it is because everyone who has a holding in here has discussed this to death and we are all waiting. In the meantime I guess everyone is out there trying to 'pin the tail on the virtual donkey 'and bag another winner. If you are not in on RTY i would advise at least a little punt becuase I think this will reward everyone. But as they love to say on here DYOR......... Good luck

The benefit of another company making the rival bid is it starts driving the offer price up. Once a bid is submitted there needs to be intent so a rival bid will start to warm the market and the hopefully the share price should rise on sentiment alone. Wonderful theory anyway!! Surely on this basis then, between a firm offer being made and the Intent, as shown by black sea, it is al about timing and gradually lifting the SP to keep them interested.

Given the NAV vs current SP the cash offer doesn't need to be that close to the NAV just significantly above current SP. Is that the case?

Are you in on anything othere than PDF? I have a small holding in PDF that I am considering raising by 100K. I think the market is all set to leap towards the end of the year.

I agree. I topped up yesterdaywhen the market broke down so I got stung at 11.25. Still think this has some good legs over the coming weeks though. Hard to see it making past high teens though..... ever hopefull however.!!

to your point about days of rising and then gone, I think people are running the gauntlet similarly with CTT as I held this at 3.6 and sold as a friend in banking said that the debt is too high and the banks hold senior debt which will debt for equity and the shareholders are the last in line. There simply isn't enough for everyone. simply as that!!
