Cineworld's CEO Moshe (Mooky) Greidinger and his brother Deputy CEO Israel Greidinger hold a 29% stake in the company, which is traded on the London Stock Exchange and has a market cap of £3 billion.

This week Mr Greidinger told the Financial Times that Cineplex had “breached the contract in several places”.

“It will be very clear if we need to reach court at the end of the day that Cineworld acted in no way wrong whatsoever,” he said.

so its just coincidence that they post on the most shorted stocks to date? I think not hence the odd trade patterns in the trades history

Cine has a lawsuit pending
Both are being shorted
Both have huge mcaps with many shares in issue

MrBoohoo I averaged down on Boohoo and it worked for me so why would it not work here?

If Cineworld were going to go bust or create more shares via rights issue they would have by now but they haven't

Also, if they were so desperate for funds they would have opened the 4th July when they could have but no they were ethical and decided to delay until recently

These are facts

If I sell now I will lose some money
1. The negatives have all been factored in
2. The world is doing all it can to try to get back to some semblance of being back to normal and its slowly getting better in
the UK and Europe
3. America is pumping billions into vaccines and although the figures are high across the pond they are doing the most amount of tests and cases per million will continue to drop
4, Mooky holds a huge interest in the company and is not known for diluting shares
5. If they need funding they will rebalance accordingly to avoid rights issues
6. Cineworld are open and trading bringing in money
7. They cancelled the deal with CIneplex as it would have been to shareholders detriment as Cineplex was negligent in
meeting certain obligations
8. Costs factored in for lawsuit
9. Upside potential is extraordinary

Cons further delays being announced. However, Trump has confirmed that only localised lockdowns may be enforced in the future should they be required

This will be the turn
