suspension and TW fraud claims-My thoughts11 Feb 2021 13:28
I don't know what evidence if any TW has as he wants my hard earned cash to tell me. Al
However, the CEO of the company I have invested my shares in has told me don't worry when I read the RNS.
Susanne and Dominic being part of the audit committee https://www.supplymecapital.com/investor/governance/
I don't think these two considering they are experts in their fields would risk ever being able to work in the industry if they were to be found of foul play and I don't think such a fraud could exist with everyone being in on said scheme

In a nutshell Susanne has been listed in the top 100 (24th) in international influencer marketing software platform company, Onalytica’s ‘Fintech Top 100 Influencers’. I find the following interesting considering the recent delays when we look at the 24/12/20 rns 8006j:The AvantGarde Group and the New Investors may, in due course, propose a new director to the Company to add to the experience of the existing board. The New Investors may also purchase further shares directly through the market.
Welcoming the New Shareholders, Alessandro Zamboni, CEO of SYME, commented:
"These transactions have enabled us to increase the diversity and number of committed, professional investors on the Company's Share Register and will undoubtedly help to raise our investment profile".
*Mr. Zamboni will be the beneficial owner of the AvantGarde Group, post-merger. The percentage stated does not include the 17.99% of SYME shares related to the collateral transferred in accordance with the three stock-lending transactions announced on 29 July 2020. At the end of this stock-lending transaction or on the repayment date (in July 2022), the collateral will be returned to the Group in shares or cash, at the choice of the borrower
** New Investors' combined holdings (five independent investors)
*** IWEP Ltd is a company controlled by Non-Executive Chairman Dominic White. Following the transaction and a reorganisation of his holdings, Mr White will hold less than 3% of the ordinary shares of the Company
I can find no fraud trail on any of our top brass and I find it reassuring that we had a rns re suspension rns 4349M PRIOR
In a nutshell: SYME is now requesting a suspension of the listing of its shares pending publication of its 31 December 2019 year-end Accounts and its 2020 Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 20
Just sit and wait I guess lol
