Well DW does it again. Lures is all in and gives us very little back. Yes he has a farm out deal but no money for us after giving away 60% of the deal. Yes PO will pay for the drill and take most of the risk. I really hope DW has some better deals up his sleeve. I look for to the next RNS in September but I always get excited then get let down. Does anyone think we are going to ever make serious money out of 88e? Under 1p is ridiculous.

And for all the intelligent people on here I haven’t seen anyone come up with what a transformational deal will look like! Oh FO Deal.

Is it going to be a Farmout or a Fallout DW is going to give us. The knives are get sharper.

So we have seen the SP go down steadily since the last RNS. What hope have we got. No one believes this is going to be a good deal for us. As much as people keep on trying to give us hope. DW is about to trip us up again.

We have a 500,000 seller in the background.

Soooo, on the 26/6 the Farm-out was approved but only now subject to,

Closing docs and standard conditions precedent relating to Working Interest transfers.

We received the above on the 6/8,

Final terms are still not agreed on the proposed farmout.

No mention of these un-agreed terms 5 weeks earlier, when the approval was announced.

Does not add up, again.

I suspect the Exclusivity Agreement until 31/8 is a carrot.

So if the partner doesn’t agreed then we have to go back to the others we turned down and say to them pretty please can you do a deal with us because we made a hash of the other deal. If we have as good prospects as everyone believes then we should have a great deal. Time will tell if DW is the man or another guy picking up a great wage sucking us in and moving on.

News within 2 weeks or a delay. Let’s see if DW can break a habit and gives us all good Transformational news. Let the force be with you.

So a high of 4p in June 17, 2.7p in June 18 and 0.90 in June 19. All going well lads.
What will it be in June 20. Rampers will say 10p and de rampers 0.30p.

Love this Company and what they are trying to complete. I don’t like DW’s style and RNS’s. A transformational year should never have been mentioned.

I think you have got that wrong Jiddy. A number of polite emails have been sent. A true leader would respond if only to keep a stakeholder happy. Not his style. His style is to send out a number of positive RNS’s then pull the rug from under our feet. If he doesn’t come up with a excellent FO Deal then we can’t have him as our leader.

When I have over 10 million worth of shares invested and over the past 12-18 I have seen how DW has written his RNS’s with great optimism then to give us bad news then I have every right to be unhappy. A Tier1 FO partner is required and also the news that this will be a transformational year for us for me to give DW a break. I have emailed him numerous times and he hasn’t responded. If he provides us with another delay then that will be incompetent. I has had enough leeway from his pals.

How can you say it could be a whopper? There is no evidence to suggest this. Only thing happening is the SP is going down and DW keeps delaying.

It doesn’t look like it is going to be a good deal for us. We would have had more trades than we have had over the past 2 weeks since RNS. There is always a leak somewhere in business and we haven’t had any upward momentum. DW said this was going to be a transformational year. He just didn’t say which direction. Unhappy LLTH.
