Personally i think this is more about the paperwork getting stamped. The Data rooms have been there for all to see for a very long time and in recent years we have had our estimates verified . No paperwork no partner no drill ? easy Paperwork opens the doors to progress. If the BG are serious then the paperwork should be a formality if BPC have jumped through the correct hoops. jmo
