Somewhat lacking at the moment I'm afraid. Not many have responded. Waiting for some big holders such as Bottompicker to get on board.
PLEASE can you quell the infighting when we're trying to organise something a bit special here.
Thanks guys please keep them coming. I'm doing this since I can't really request an EGM on behalf of wheeler1, aerial etc. PS you don't need to include your LSE handle but if you do, your secret identities are safe with me :D prox_shareholders@mail.com
Just a reminder for those of you who want to progress with an EGM, as the company has totally ignored my letter I now propose to get the show on the road. If you are behind this please email me with your name and shareholding at prox_shareholders@mail.com - I will then request an EGM on your behalf
Ladies & Gentlemen It seems we have now amassed, or are very close to, the required shareholding to force the company to call an EGM, and since my letter appears to have been ignored by the company I am proposing that this is now done as soon as possible. Those of you like me who hold your shares in a nominee account, please can you contact your brokers and make sure that you can get hold of a letter of representation so that you will be able to vote your shares either at the meeting personally or by proxy. It may also be an idea if you ask them to provide a confirmation of your shareholding. In the mean time please could you email me at prox_shareholders@mail.com with your name and the number of shares you hold, and just a confirmation that you support calling for an EGM with the resolution to remove John Kennedy as a director. Once I have compiled a list I will email the company demanding an EGM in accordance with section 303 of the Companies Act 2006.
To call an egm only requires 5% of voting rights.
Gentlemen / ladies, the EGM will happen but I will need all of your support. If there's only a shortfall of 60m shares or so I will be minded to buy them myself to get us over the line. I have tried to contact mr.leek, if we can get him behind us it will make matters even simpler
No haven't bothered. As I suspect I will get no answer and I would have thought they would abstain from any vote anyway
If we've not heard from the company by the end of the week I will be pressing along with my plan to call for an EGM. I'm not going to sit about and allow my investment here to dwindle to nothing. If you would like to speak to proxama, please feel free to send them an email (investors@proxama.net) Referring to the letter sent to them last week, stating that you're a shareholder, you would like Mr.Kennedy to resign and that you will support an EGM resolution if he doesn't. If you haven't committed your holding to an EGM yet, please do so at my forum http://proxama.freeforums.net
Aerial, no it will be pretty straight forward. If it comes to calling an egm / voting you'll just need a letter of representation from your broker , if the shares are held in a nominee account.
Guys, please if you have not already done so, can you go to my forum and post your shareholdings. If we were to call an EGM we would require 700m shares and we're some way short of that at the moment. http://proxama.freeforums.net/
Nah Kencarv, I've switched location off on my phone so they're knackered!! :-) I am the man with no name, a riddle wrapped in an enigma wrapped in a lie...
I have sent the letter by post with no names or return address , since I would like the company to make a statement to the market, and also that I do not yet want the co. to know the identity of the troublemaker in chief, just yet. 😉
Quite right Shsi, it won't do us any harm to put a cat amongst the pigeons. 170k salary for a company in a nascent state is a total ****-take.
Your post is total speculation anyway, far as I can see.
Thankyou for your post Giftedgenie, but, we have no clue as to who you are and you being at pains to talk down the company and tell shareholders what to do, makes me question your motives, so, if its all the same with you, I at least am going to proceed. This from the 2016 Annual Report :- "The remuneration of the highest paid director is 171,304" An absolutely scandalous sum (I'm assuming that is Kennedy) and a massive reward for failure.
I have not tried contacting Peel, at this juncture. Spoke to my broker who said no problem to commit my shares towards calling an EGM. I suspect this will be the case for everyone. Letter will be in tomorrow's post. If the company fails to issue a statement then I suggest we proceed with an EGM. We can try talking to Peel at this stage.
Please could people have a look on my forum and let me know what you think to the letter I propose to send, I would like to get it sent
Which one was he Bottompicker? The jovial chap with the glasses? Will you support me on the EGM issue? We almost have enough vote share between us to call it. I wonder if we could get in touch with Mr. Leek
just a reminder for shareholders, you are invited to join my forum http://proxama.freeforums.net/
