At least this company has shown its hand and raised £2M - just beware of companies that are running low on funds. Even with the raise it's still only a £10M MCap which is too cheap now that Nuvec patents have been filed.

EVOTEC are on the FDA's approved list for potential COVID vaccine delivery so N4P really should start motoring soon.

EVOTEC are a very professional and skilled outfit having been subcontracted to them for 18 months. These guys are very much at the forefront of biotech and clearly identified N4P Nuvecs COVID potential.

It's partner EVOTEC is worth 3.5 billion Euros - the NUVEC is now in the hands of this German outfit. Can't NP4 being valued at sub £10M for long. Clearly EVOTEC want a slice of this potential COVID delivery system

I don't think it is coincidence that he stop selling his direct interest at 2M. So it could just be the 972,385 being sold down. The trade ending 385 will be telling if he's selling down the indirect interest.

According to the share registry on May 5th Adam had 16.5% (or 5.1M). He had (2.9M remaining on Friday. If he crosses 5% he has to report it.

Where ever you are getting that number from in fact corresponds to the 6,840 of the roll over trade at 16:35 from the 7th
