Either way if in an emergency where does he get his cash from he is already in debt with creditors. In its present form his one man band is too risky to refinance

Time will tell but we've satisfied and honoured everything to date that was outlined.

Also remember that the seller is distressed. The creditors demanded that £6M be raised as a show of company strength from the UK market which was successful. The distressed seller has no way of competing with that and for me is one of the main reasons this is going through and the fact we are on the main market is an apparent show of quality. Add in our technical house and understanding that we will keep on his existing team. Give him a £3M share sweetener and it's a win win

Regarding DD Art stated in the interview that this is now done. Naturally, this will be declared in an RNS in due course.

The £3M in shares will be issued to Atomics current owner upon completion of the acquisition so again will be outstanding for now.

COPL is now producing 120 bopd per day.

What's holding back the SP - hangover. Now down to one seller (JBER - potentially CFD). Near finished as was NT to buy for 10M at times today

Last hurdle for acquisition completion:

Credit facility sign off w/c Feb 15th 2021
*800 bopd generates £13M revenue a year in equivalent
*3000 bopd projected by year end generating all most £50M net to COPL.

Potential to secure further 2000 bopd generating £90M/annum (each year).

Yes but either way we are all fine here at COPL. It may have need clarifying and it is pretty spelt out as all good. Basically it doesn't affect us. Additionally our electric comes from a local wind farm for goodness sake. Fracking company lenders are the ones bricking it not us

Guys LB is just disappointed with the SP thus far - and it is disappointing. On the other hand we know it's the last of the churn - once cleared and we must be close now we will rise and he knows it. Come mid February hopefully LB will be positive and happy too.
