I'm well aware of glencore's potential, the trading arm is a money monster.now as for copper it's set to (and I quote) be on steroids over the next few years ...I think glencore mines a tiny bit of that stuff doesn't it? Buybacks are set for certain dates/times its just bad/good luck at what price they get them at if the SP was £4 they still would of bought back and then it drops to £3.10 would of been bad luck also if it drops to £2.50 would be bad luck/timing ...they are taking shares off the open market.With USA sanctions a certain Canadian company that will no longer be selling cobalt to Panasonic where will they get it? Glencore?
