Pete. A suggestion not advice just put your cash in good divi paying stocks and leave em to mature re investing the divi as yiu go along for a few years ...with property your at the mercy of your tenants wether they get out on time or even pay their rent or worse they trash your gaff

What about student let ? It's 9 months of the year but you can stack em high and charge per room ;-)
