Still nothing on HL

Will the investigation from the FCA not have a bearing on the results with forward looking statements ect

I had already voted on HL against but when I logged in this morning it showed as not voted with the against now the recommended vote. I suggest all who use HL and have voted already to vote again

I would guess if this relists in the next few days my opinion would be it will drop value dramatically with the threat of this company being pushed into admin by Boo, i am curious to hear other views on the opening price?

Don't Elliott Investment Management own a few as well? They are well known for ruffling a few feathers.

Bob would have know this for a while or i wouldn't have found out from an internal source that BOO were trying to take over REVB as i said yesterday on here. Game on for all parties now. Interesting to see how this plays out.

Not sure how I deramp a suspended share but I was told that BOO are close to a takeover. I didn’t suggest 30p that’s my average. I’m as disappointed as anyone on here and was in 2 minds to say anything but thought why not. If anything it’s something to do while the test match is off due to rain

I’ve heard not great news this morning regarding BOO so the question I’m asking is where would you pitch what they have offered to buy enough shares to get enough to takeover? Forget a relist for now. I trust the source but am also a realist to understand that until it’s announced then it can change but interested in where everyone is pitching this scenario. By the way I’m in at about 30p average and now realistically hoping to wipe my feet at most.

I noticed that TA as of this morning is still a director as showing at Companies house and the accounts have not as yet been filed, would anyone know if this is usual? I assumed "with immediate effect" meant this would show the same day or at the latest the next day?

I thought Tom Allsworth was going to resign as a director as the RNS alluded too. I was expecting this RNS first

I'm guessing the same, a stock write down but also i think perhaps a wrap on the knuckles with regards to forward reporting of sales. Whatever it is it has already happened quite a while ago now.
