Apologies- final dividend is paid long time after it is declared

Not sure why final dividend is paid close to interim. It’s seems more like interim is paid a long time after it is declared.

Anyone got any insights or knowledge of the 2m and 2.5m trades today?

Maybe an RNS tomorrow if management offloading again?

THS share price has been on fire for the past 30 days, and thankfully it is showing no signs of stopping.

I missed out on a few other stocks too that I had on my list through buying and holding this one (and a few others).

However Tharisa has the potential to come good some day. If they’d got the karo mine built to their original time lines and price all holders would likely be happy now. Chances of getting new investment money have bound to have improved.

Haven’t seen Tharisa this actively traded in a long time, especially when winding down for holidays.

Nice. Seems to be a bit of stronger than usual buying going on in recent days.

Nobody cares what you say, unless you eat some humble pie and acknowledge that you called both BT and VOD totally wrong and in doing so lost out. It is sad that you are still seeking to peddle the same mistaken views in every post.

My guess about the fluctuations on Barclays shareholding would be just client transactions on VOD shares in nominee accounts?

Pretty sickening . He is maybe taking one for the team to lower the price for the buyback 🤔. lol. When is the last time anyone in charge of running Tharisa actually paid to buy a share?

I think a major investor adding 1% is the real message today. How the heck do those big investors add 1% without pushing up the share price? Maybe with the help on dumb broker notes like that one?

If the company had been giving shareholders a decent return in the good times there would not have been so much cash to squander. Prospect of shareholders getting rewarded for these risks by the current management are not good if past performance is anything to go by.

I would rather have a good dividend than the buy back. It did not hold the gains so has not really rewarded long term holders (yet). Also wonder how buybacks is affecting the percentage holding of the largest holders. Is their percentage increasing or are they reducing proportionately with the buyback? Probably a moot point given how small the buyback was in percentage terms.

Volume traded improved the past few day. Big off book trade today over 500k shares is unusual here.

Sadly non execs hold less than me and probably a lot of other PIs.
