The sooner Amigo are forced to repay the redress to Guarantors the quicker Amigo will run out their cash. I think we can all agree on that at least. LoL

Take a look at the trades and it tells you all you need to know, hundreds of small automatic trades - they only have one purpose, to execute an algorithm to move the SP.
Someone is controlling the SP to load on cheap.

"Just had a phone call from amigo to say all loans that the guarantor May of paid any payments towards has been paused due to speaking to the regulators.
That seems to be what is happening at the moment."
That will mean Amigo may not clear complains by end of Oct. What's next RNS?

"I cleared the £10,000 balance in March 2019 via a loan my guarantor agreed to take out via Barclays which I repay monthly still and I’ve also entered into an IVA. The 8 weeks have passed with Amigo and no redress offer. They have advised when I called to chase that guarantor payments are under review and my complaint is on hold until Amigo has reached a resolve with FCA. Is this something you are aware of?"

I think this company is in the hands of borrowers, CMC, FOS, FCA.

Why Amigo didn't confirm how much cash in bank now, i really want to know.

I saw a upheld case first loan was made in 2011.

No time limits, only if you have proof of loan agreement, bank statements, post letter or email ect.

The problem is not lack of customer, Amigo never lack of customer. The problem is how to reduce number of claims for those loans made in last 10 YEARS and how to limit claims in future loans.

Imo, before the uncertainty thing is clear, AMGO is not good for long investors, but it’s good for day traders if you know how to play the game.

HH, I hope so; this is shareholder’s money, why pay to those scammers. I’m very disappointed, Amigo has “investigated” the case for 5 months (not upheld), but suddenly upheld the case, in fact upheld many other cases since July. I hope GC will make some changes.

Hello everyone! Just got this from Amigo (after a 5 month investigation)
1. The removal of all interest charges under the loan agreements;
2. A refund of any payments you may have made in excess of the capital amount of the loan agreements, along with 8% simple interest; and
3. The removal of any adverse information from your credit file in respect of the loan agreements.
My guarantor was released and they were refunded £7,500 (to be paid in 14 days).

Only way to survive AMGO is winning Judicial Review, no other way.
