There is an AGM on the 30th of June which requires shareholder permission to reorganize the share capital, probably a requirement of the loan provider, a farm out could happen tomorrow or another few months who knows.

People are invested here, just a bit frustrated due to lack of progress, the company is in discussion to farm out Oman and also to secure funding, any progress on any of these fronts will significantly add value to the share price..

Subscription dd not complete, due to a possible farm out? hope so..

err, I thought the new subscription shares would be issued on the 19th, nothing makes sense with this company...

All resolutions passed today, now the company will have some money to finally make some progress and get this dog of a share price moving upwards...

Yes more buys, on the 18th if all resolutions pass, the company will have more shares but also around $1.5 m in bank so any news of upcoming drill in Oman should see it move up quickly..

To be honest looking at the state of oil price, miners and the dry equity markets, it was either this or running out of money

Yes this is good news, my biggest worry was the finances and this is now sorted for another year, at least they can start some work now and still try to get a good farm out deal, hope to purchase 250k in the morning to bring the average down..
