Both positive but I doubt the MED timelines (KIBO just doesn’t deliver anything in 9 months) and we are at DFS stage on Benga. DFS stage with MCPP was 2 years ago so I will be surprised if we hit the broker timelines. SP sums it up pretty well +2.5% and I can now sell my shares for 1.9p. We need a lot more info than those 2 RNSs. Funding, 2 xSMLs, SEPCO, tender update etc etc.

Nelson you do not need to apologise but thank you for offering. Having been a holder for 5 years I can assure you I am not a short term investor. However, I would like to see LC actually begin to deliver something which would indicate to all concerned that KIBO is not just travelling but actually looking to arrive somewhere. The prospect of sitting at 1.9p or lower for the foreseeable future fills me with dread as I would like to exit this share at some point, ideally in profit but certainly not at a 65% loss. I have no real option but to see this out for as long as it takes but I cannot pretend that I am enjoying the journey. Lets hope we all end up as winners.

LC demands everyone's respect as I am sure he is working hard to take KIBO forward and he is a very likeable chap. Unfortunately to-date he has only destroyed shareholder value and he quite rightly should be held to account for that as it goes with his job. The easiest way to silence the clamour of unhappy shareholders is to deliver, something.

If the 'new' presentation is all that the company has to say to investors. Where is the Tanz SML, the (quick) Bots SML, the clarification of the tender process, details of the 'other interested parties', update on SEPCO (we don't have to wait until April 10th to find out if SEPCO are buying in or not), how much cash have we got, where is next cash coming from???????

There is still time to deliver some real news before tomorrow evening.

Without significant news there is absolutely no reason to expect the SP to increase from its current level. In fact, as we are seeing, the longer we go without such news the more likely we slip back into the 1p's - imminently it would appear.

But there goes another post of mine.

JD I think you have to be right otherwise the shareholders meeting makes no sense at this time.

It’s good to see the massive build up of excitement as we approach the shareholders meeting. Do we need an injection of something or what??

SYM/Herindoors when were you appointed board monitor? Please quit giving me advice or I will have to tell you how boring are your ‘I’ve only invested what I am comfortable losing’ posts. My posts are responses to others which sort of seems the whole bloody point of having a board. I was just as boring and repetitive (like most) when I was a LC supporter. Now I have a changed view. Get over it.

I remain as chilled as ever and look forward to my Florida break. I just can’t let any beatification of LC pass without comment.

SyM -My post contains no bellyaching or bleating. Just keeping us honest with regards to both the achievements (?) and limitations of LC. The selling of and perception of his Africa experience and inside track has not been borne out in the slightest by events and therefore the current SP. Is anyone suggesting that without his business acumen we would not have made it to our current heady heights? I certainly hope not. There is even an argument to suggest that a CEO with a more robust approach without the Africa background might have achieved a lot more. Progress on EVERYTHING here has been painfully slow - without exception.

Also LC told us time and time again that Tanzania was a great place to invest and that he would know due to his experience. Wrong!

To be fair to LC he has done a great job with the other 2 of the original 3 ‘reasons’. Katoro is really going great guns or is ‘Tanzania’ a complete get out of jail free card for him? I would rather he was an unpleasant character who got things done as I don’t want to marry him but watch him make my investment prosper.

As posted here on numerous occasions I invested here mainly because of LC. To-date that faith in him has been completely misplaced and he owes long term shareholders big time. Unless he delivers something of substance in the very short term I will reluctantly continue to prefer a similar strategic review and BOD changes. It’s either 2p back up to 5p plus in very short time or we will see the SP sub 1p unless LC actually does something.
