Anyone have an idea of when the appeal proceedings will commence?

Not had an update for 2 and a half months...

Why would anyone get wound up by the idea of a small retrace one ISA buying dies down???

We have seen a recent spike on the back of Vlad's update, this caused a temporary increase in buying as new people came aboard, not dissimilar to the temporary increase in buying at the start of the ISA year.

I think in a day or so when that dies down we will likely see a drop and a better top up price around 1.4 or maybe even (slightly) lower.

Could be wrong, I don't have lunus's crystal ball, but just guessing it'll work out that way.

It's happening Mr India, the inevitable fall back to 1.4 levels...looks like I'll be getting my top up maybe by end of week / early next week...

Still waiting to top up here, hopefully closer to 1.4 than current prices...might miss out but there are always more fish in the sea...

More sells than I was expecting today...will see what happens this afternoon before topping up as likely will dip back down...

More posts than trades today, seems there's more interest in talking about Hemo than investing in Hemo.

I'm with Halifax - not sure how easy bed and ISA is with them, but happy enough to wait another day...

If it does spike, then happy enough to see it go up and have other options for the cash...not talking about vast sums here otherwise would have topped up already.

Looking at the change in revenues for ByHealth last 5 years, it looks like a lot has changed.

Plenty of money there for us to tap into.

Haven't done any research, but would ask, who do you think ByHealth's customers are?

Would be happy enough if it just holds around 1.4, a penny is Dreamland but let's wait and see...might still end up missing the boat as anything could happen in next few weeks.
