IMV a good opportunity to get back in and not long to wait for update. If the news is good on trading, operations and a dividend is paid we should see 20% bounce. It could be a few nervy days wait with sentiment very poor for these companies and after today TW will have sharpened his knife ready on NBU ....

I have doubled-up today and bought another 50k @ 55.75p. Interim results will be released this month and I hope to see a dividend of at least 2.3p payable again. The last trading update at end-July was reassuring.

These Chinese companies are a bit of a minefield. I was in and out NBU several times over the past year following the trading range. Luckily I got out completely and they are now 50% down. I bought CAMK at current levels as they feel a more solid company and dividend looks safe. But like you say the fiasco at NBU does not help us here it will be interesting to read what ST take is as he has recommended both..Also bought recently into JQW which seems to have good prospects in a growing market.

We had a trading update at end-July. They reported business is doing well. Interim results are due [mid] Sept. I think we will see RNS next week to inform us the specific date

Volcano - think you may be right steady recovery now taking place. I bought 5k @ 3.27 so close enough to the bottom. We can expect some good figures for interims due on 19 June.

OIIG ... Simon Thompson (IC) has tipped these again today and CAMK. Also, CAMK gave out a good update y'day that will help settle some nerves about delisting which can be read across to NBU.

All good thanks and I notice you pitching up on a few boards. I am mixing a few where there is good case to hold eg dividend payers and other opportunistic buys for trading gains. The latter is of course more fun but dicey! Lessons I learned is spread the risk around and also patience (never good to rush) there is always another time. I know you have a very keen eye for value; hope you doing well?

I took a punt and bought on Friday. At 6.75p it seems reasonable value with limited downside. If Malta comes good then MOG shareholders earn an additional cash payment of up to 3.55p. We may find the SP will perk up a bit ahead of rumours/drill news and/or possible other bidders lurking out there.

I bought these recently and noted ST's positive write up in the IC yesterday. He normally creates a frenzy of buys but doesn't seem the case here. Oh well a few per cent up daily will; do for me!

Must admit i have taken advantage to lighten up a bit today but keeping a core holding.

I am still in NBU have traded a few at different times but always kept a holding. Compared to CAMK's recent share price performance they have been an unusually steady ship. I bought another tranche of CAMK today at 55.81p. Fingers crossed we get a great set of results and dividend....not long to wait! regards

Hi Dan, these sales have come in quick succession and have put the share price in the trash bin. It does not seem any UK institutional funds are showing much interest yet to take up the slack. But that may change. In the meantime as you said its us PIs and the main owner for now. Perhaps a few of us can start pooling our shares and issue a holding rns to bring back some confidence! I bought another 15k this morning @ 57.2. My average just under 59p.

in an ordinary situation it would raise a red flag that all is not well with the business esp just ahead of results. if we believe the trading statement it does not seem the case here. Ahead of its results last year NBU dipped below 60p After results they got back to 80p, As you know they have been up and down since. Overall i am not concerned as the sharp moves have been triggered by Chinese investors wanting to cash in. while hard to understand why they would sell at this level perhaps they are happy to have hard currency in the bank.

They advised mid April and checking back last year results were issued Tuesday 9 April. So this year Tuesday15th looks a good bet. Hopefully we will see confidence restored once the results are announced. I have seen the same pattern with NBU since I invested there last summer buying on dips and lightening on each rise. But always kept a core holding. Bought more of these today.

Well nice timing with ST's write-up today. We have results to come next week and they are expected to be good and confirm a final year dividend. Should lead to a further recovery in the share price on news.
