An actual settlement would be in the 10s of millions range, not 100 I'd imagine. I think something like 30m could be realistic and it might be pragmatic to accept at that level.

My understanding is the 2.5m market cap that is being spoken about is just the ordinary shares. Although speaking about market capitalisation at this point seems a bit silly as there is currently no market, we'll see what it is on readmission.

The government's reason for rejecting the license was purely based on the partners financial strenght according to the leader of the green party who made the decision. Obviously we know it was green ideology, Eamon Ryan couldn't stomach approving an oil and gas field.

Just breaking down Stargates analysis in simpler terms: As long as the sp stays low the sp will be low, until it increases, at which point it wont be low any more? Very insightful observation, your technical analysis is great for telling us what the sp movement has been.

The increase in shareprice was driven by the results that were released yesterday, nothing to do with Japanese spinning tops or market breadth indicators.

I'm going to hold my hands up and admit my bad recommendation. If you are Capricorn and your dad is Sagittarius and you sold on my recommendation I apologise.

If you're Capricorn you should hold, unless your dad was Sagittarius, in which case you should sell. Company performance and news is what will ultimately dictate the shareprice, previous shareprice movements and volumes ultimately don't tell us anything.
