I'm jolly interested to hear how mining activities at Parys are leaching anything into Llyn Alaw which is approximately 250m above the mine.

They currently have 450m shares issued. If the consolidation takes place they will have approximately 45m in circulation.

Battershill moved to AYM whilst Kearney was still here, I remember meeting both of them at a shareholder Open Day organised by Brent. You are right that the company has been in an accelerating downward spiral since joining AIM though. I remember the share price touching 90p on the back of LIM actually producing and selling ore, that was short lived though. AYM owned most of LIM at that point though.

The company has been left in a bad way by the previous owners. If Rob can keep it afloat through this period then it has got a chance. Big IF though. Fingers crossed for a miracle from here.

Perhaps the most irritating part is that they have correctly predicted the share price down to 0.5p. Hopefully they aren't correct about it getting to 0.1p!

Interesting views and admittedly I don't know enough about the markets but I do know that whilst Jo was at the helm we moved from FTSE to AIM. What was the benefit of doing that?

If you think about it if the company were in the process of securing funding or selling Grangesburg they wouldn't be focusing their attention on press releases.

It would make sense for the Welsh Government to get involved and it would be great if that were to happen but with a £900 million shortfall that would seem unlikely imo

I am a fan of the recent flurry of press coverage, my concern is that it is being used to prop up the share price whilst a stock transfer goes on behind the scenes. Jo used talk of a Grangesburg sell off to try and get the share price moving, was there ever any substance to this rumour? I just hope Rob and Brand Communications aren't doing the same with talk of non dilutive funding. Is the aim to bump the share price up and then dilute? I sincerely hope I'm wrong but I've been here many times before with Anglesey Mining.

LIM is up 127% although admittedly that will have little bearing on the AYM share price these days.

D Dodgy Danish at the helm there was the occasional excitement of an LIM or Grangesburg acquisition, or even a sell off to Western Metals. Now it just looks to be a Dead Cat bounce without any bounce. I do hope I'm proved wrong but it doesn't look good.

Would the lower valuation by WH Ireland be due in part to the increased number of shares in issue?
