Yes mate not a bad amount but would be approx 40% down on initial float. All to happy to hold though and watch the company grow. The management have what would appear to be good pedigree. GL Cheers

Hi Miker. I like your workings a little better than I originally understood. From previous workings. I think it was Alex. The conversion would be 1 i3 for 1371 Gwik so approx £750 :1m Gwik. Like I say like your calcs better as holding 8.6m Gwik. Little confused to say least but doesn't really take much to do that. Cheers

Well it is aim and if Cam Pearce is still involved in any way shape or form. Then Gwik holders have probably been fleeced in some way.

Miker. Lse still states 30th for ipo and I cannot find anything to the contrary so believe i3 will. Only lack of info from both parties presipitates speculation of further delay. However Gwik value may not be realised for a couple of weeks after market value attributed to i3. A another has been in touch with Gwik and suggested as much. Cheers

Half year results due 30th June 2017. Admission to market late June. Possibility for recent delay is an account exercise. Keep the books nice and tidy from day one. Not to long to wait. Just hopeful it's a worthwhile excercise of patience. GL

Do Hope it is just paperwork and nothing more sinister. AVD apparently carrying out roadshow in order to introduce CORA to potential investors end of June. Maybe that's where Gwik/i3 investment is to be placed. Lack of clarity concerns me somewhat. Cheers

Good Morning Miker. I agree whole heartedly. Nice and smooth move on to the market will be welcomed. A few days later perhaps will realise GWIK worth in the bigger scene. A chance to add a few funds to i3 if business model if appeals. Let it grow with further acquisitions, a nice part of the portfolio. Which can be quite illusive on AIM & frustrating. Cheers

Miker. I am uncertain if we will understand the ************** this coming Friday but extremely interested as to what sp/mcap i3 float at. Should make for a very pensive long week end.
