Market makers start opening their prices from 7.50 in order board stocks , or setsMM as ITM are, they are required to have a minimum bid offer spread , around 10-20% of the share price depending on the LSE segment the stock falls into, no way they would opened them up that high, so can only be the price provider taking the wrong data.
Alternatively some one may have put a market order in to buy more stock than was on the offer until 67 at the moment in time, uncrossing prices can wing around pre and post market, very seldom do you get a wild one, humans and algos spot them and the price normally finds it right level!
