yep, but I respect people wanting to post their thoughts, its just the open hatred that is distasteful. Im more than able to handle myself but im sure everybody on here is decent and in the same room would get on. So to stop the noise would be good for those who are not involved in the squabble
Im Sorry, I know its school holidays but how about all the childish insults be put to bed. It is quite frankly pathetic.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion on the share but the petty squabbling one-upmanship is sad.
Get a life and be civil, I dont know or care about the history but it is ruining my enjoyment of working out who to believe and not to believe. Im taking my ball away and you cant play in my game
true, fortunately I was not here then, but since I have been in this share for a few years, it seems to have been the case. 'A nice little earner Rodney' by the MM's. They will be gutted (as well as all those lap dancers they will not be able to pay) once GKP finally loses these peoples ability to ply the price
He marched the share price up to the top of the hill and marched the share price back down again
Iam dumber than dumb and so when I saw the images on the presentation, I was quite underwhelmed on how small the pumping station and the bore of the pipes were. In my tiny little mind I thought the pipes feeding the oil would be like the debottlenecking ones lol. That's a novice for you
But the article comes from someone who is not in the mire like myself and from a distance if the figures of 153% is correct it looks that JF has done a good job. Perhaps this article may stimulate other interest and people look at what seems a bargain share and invest. Thus pushing the price up or am I talking fantasist nonsense as usual
Each day I click on to read this thread and its like groundhogday, It was the same when I used to read the Genel thread.
2 sides arguing about a takeover and how we were the clever players as our share was going to double treble quadruple. As I got sucked in I made the mistake of actually believing and after selling Genel at £2.90ish, I lost my nerve and bought back in at a higher price, basically at the top and then of course I have seen over a £1 a share fall. Instead of pocketing thousands of profit in now see about £10k+ losses.
Im sure most on here are very decent and warm people but should we not all step back and take a breath and see it as it is (seems to me anyway) shares that many people are making loads of money out of but its not us. The MM's are getting tidy living from this, the Board etc are but we are sitting here waiting for scraps. I keep considering selling half taking the hit and trading on the low and selling as it goes up by about 4p.We see it constantly that we go up 3-5p and then it drops again. It may take bravery or be foolhardy but Iam stuck in 2 shares that do my head in.
Can someone enlighten me what this means?
Payment can only be good news. The virus (although put into context more have died in an airliner crash, not good but)is shaking the market. Of course the shutdown will decrease production of goods in China hence less commodities required suppressing price. I wish I had some spare loot to buy more of these as they seem really good value at present. I bought Billiton on the slide a few years back and did well as they climbed ( I got out too early but..)and feel this is another that could shoot up 30%+ at short notice
doesn't matter how many million you pump if you dont get paid!!! How long can we keep pumping before we front up and demand our money?
Doesn't matter how much we pump, if you are not paid for the product it means SFA. I cant see how the share can climb if your customer is not paying.
I assume the company is still giving them OUR product without getting paid. Therefor when will we have to stop pumping to get some action?
seems to me that is the main reason for the share drop. I expect the city know what is happening and so even with the buying back the faith looks low.
I cant see them paying out 20%, I think we need to get our payments in before talking of dividends. I suspect the professionals would be piling in if there was any possibility of such a divi. Although I do worry we will get 20% of nothing
Thanks for the info
Have I missed if we have had our payments that were held back? If not that may be why our shares are going south
It would be so good if the Government did go forward and make people show their true identity on forums and boards. People like myself who are straightforward mug punters could at least then really make a judgement who or what to believe.
Who are the rampers and who are the de-rampers???
Its frustrating who you realy can trust. I made the mistake of reading a ramper on Genel board who all seem to think is a great guy but after I sold at the top his optimism got me back in and now Im nursing over 10k losses.
If Northgate share price goes down and Redde sp goes up our share s that we are getting in exchange are going to be worth less???
Happy Christmas to one and all. It hasn't started well with the passing of the great Martin Peters, Im pleased to say I was privileged to watch the West Ham world cup winning trio when I was a kid when they played against my club Southampton. Was in awe then and still am now to how they held themselves as professionals
I get what you are saying, well I think so but explain why it went up to 2.70 last year ( it may be longer ago as time flies)if this is the case
the brokers dont seem as confident, but it has had hell of a drop in the last few months and so there may be room for an increase, unless it is a rush by small investors who are doing the pushing. Good luck as you must have been in at the low.
