If you read the RNS of 10th Dec you will see all the loans and CLNs were sorted to leave TB either directly or indirectly with 29.28% of the company. The book company has the shares and the book company shareholders consist of TBs relatives. So in my opinion this company is for the future Brown family

That's OK as long as TB does not sell the Covid IP to Chamberlin for a pittance . He has 30% there.

The positives are that the Non Exec still has his shares. VH still has his options and the staff have not exercised their options and they would know best what was happening with the test. So hold and wait

Get your facts right trrime. TB has no options left they were exercised. VH has 600k options and other staff have 650k options at 17p

Chamberlin issued 57m shares and raised £3.5m so have cash in the bank. 40m out of 68m in issue have homes unknown. Will be interesting to see if tr1 to see who TB has for bedfellows. That's me finished

If Paraytec sells the covid asset to Chamberlin and they manufacture and licence the shoebox the TB wins as he owns 29% of Chamberlin and Braveheart gets royalties on Chamberlin sales. That would be classed as good news for BRH shareholders and TB is off Scotfree. Just musing

Chamberlin sold 40m shares at 6p so have £2.5m in bank. Nobody needed to sell from a large holding. Someone wanted to buy in low 60s yesterday so all MMs had to do was drop the sp to pick up some stop losses and it snowballed into panic by a few. A million shares changed hands yesterday no big deal. No big seller

Would not be surprised if Mr Freeman was offloading his 350k shareholding.
