The board of Mast Energy Developments plc has announced a reorganisation of the company's share capital. Shareholders as at close of business on 8 July 2025 will have their holding consolidated, receiving 1 new share in place of every 40 previously held. The new consolidated shares are expected on or around 9 July 2025. Please note we will credit the shares to your account upon receipt from the registrar which may not be before 8.00am on 9 July 2025.

The consolidation is subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting (GM) on 8 July 2025.

No don’t get me wrong with my comment I welcome the news on the management it was more we were expecting the results of the holes.
