Fair comment tidd83 but I'm not sure of the legalities involved if they inform the public before the decision has been approved and officially signed off. Maybe they are just playing by the rules here.

The reason for the rise is not a concern. Whether it's inside info or an official RNS, it's all good to me!

Quite right Jonny. Is it possible yet gat a decision was not reached? That is the only reason I can think of for them not releasing an RNS by now.

I'm sure we all would garyn. The truth of the matter is I have no way of telling why people post what they post and there is little chance I will ever find out so therefore, I try not to worry too much about it. I do read the odd useful comment on here but they are becoming very scarce these days!

of calling it a day with the name-calling and petty squabbling? LSE provide us all with a filter facility to ignore the posts of those that annoy us. The more intelligent amongst us will be able to tell if anyone has a hidden agenda on here. In my personal opinion (although I have not been a member on here for long), those that advise caution with any particular share seem to be a lot closer to the truth than those spouting comments like - "this is going to fly" and "boom". If any of us knew for certain what was going to happen to share prices in advance we would be rich, and I would imagine that we would be having far too much fun on a Sunday afternoon to bother with the drivel that is being written on here today.

You are missing the fact that it went up more than 500% at one point on NYE with all the hype. How high do you expect it to go exactly? It was always going to retrace in the short term.

I wish I had the time to write posts trying to convince PI's to "move on" from a share that I have no interest in with no short or long term prospects.

Not sure but I think it will depend on whether he has the cash or if we will have to sell off his assets to raise the cash. If the latter, I suppose it could take a while?
