Total number of shares received for £7,620,000 = 2,718,346,531
Percentage of He1 increased number of shares = 29.16%
The increase in number of shares between 29th May and 13th October = 3,400,731,985 representing a 63.7% increase in the number of shares in He1.
Presumably £7,620,000 for a 29.16% stake in He1 is good value for money if the investors, who have not been identified and, so far, have not triggered an RNS to indicate that they have passed a threshold requiring that their shareholding is made public. Maybe a valuation of £26,132,000 would represent a good value for the investors in He1 against the increased shares in circulation.
Maybe an expert can shed a little light on some rough calculations? Thanks 😊😊😊
