We'll have to disagree there.
When I first noticed the hullabaloo on this chat board, I took a few minutes to study the fundamentals. The share had been brought back from the dead, with the financial claim that previous insolvency had been eliminated by the revaluation of commercial land. By then though, the land had been sold at a fraction of that valuation. Therefore, the company WAS STILL INSOLVENT. I posted that view, and took vast amounts of incoming fire. Who were those posters that viciously tried to silence fair criticism? We'll never know.
I'm sorry to say that I think anyone who accepted the RNS's were valid because it was main market listed were naive in the extreme. If they'd taken the few minute that I did, they'd have agreed and stayed out. The scam was supported my massive swamping of chat boards with dream posts based on (where's?) Ware.
Caveat emptor.
The view has to be DYOR.
There is a shedload of very detailed information from the company, there are official reports defining the extent of the fields on a very conservative basis. There are also numerous folks who have spread rumours and unsubstantiated claims. At the end of the day, you have to decide who to believe, and judge whether this is a very low sp time to buy, or whether you think you can wait a while, or totally avoid.
Whichever, your call
If you say so. ProTiler and the other web operation will be a huge drag on the gross margin going forwards. Indeed, many of their competitors online seem determined to lose money.

First impressions. Big decline in profits, dividend exceeded profit, and current market conditions subdued.
Looks like the market is reflecting that.
Unless they can find Wully's stash from flogging shares, there's no prospect of any compensation.
Everyone makes their own judgement on whether to buy, sell, or avoid. It isn't as if there weren't many, many posters giving warnings a plenty. The "enthusiasts" made life pretty tough for anyone who spoke up against what they saw as a scam.
Something turned the direction of the sp, if it was a director it's a good sign. But also the value may be looking highly attractive to a competitor.
Just saying
Welcome back David, your return is great news for all holders IMHO
A push back on woke, and more savvy business, is what is needed here.
I guess it depends on whether you think the broker has it right? The tile market could undergo a lot more changes in the short to medium term, possibly leaving some expensive real estate vastly under utilised. Or not. of course, The nroker may know far more than us mere mortals.
Talking of profit, this bloke bought all of his shares at the high point, where speculation exceeded facts by a huge marging, then he sold almost all of his shares at the low, when, again, the speculation exceeded the known facts in the negative.
There must be a "worst Ever" award in there somewhere surely.
Whereas you believe that execs should work for free.
I don't think anyone could explain the logic of that point of view. You can come and go as you please, they have to invest their time to maintain continuity, without which there would be no company.
G figure
