But can't be paying 0.42 (price at time of typing). Assuming all placing option are taken you would be looking at 7.8 billion shares. Lets say 7 bil and unlikely all will be taken and exercised. If price were to remain consistent that 30mil mcap alone. Buying for a #DVRG acquisition makes sense but there cant be any realistic gains. GB will not want to dilute #DVRG by that much (30mil) let alone the extra premium that would be paid for the acquisition. As if it was acquired it would be via shares. Also you have to consider institutional placees are not going to turn down a 300% gain so will be selling at these higher prices. I have 250k shares in #DVRG so and have been in for a good couple of years but it saying 1p is a realistic target just don't sit with me. Valuing the company at 70mil MCAP? Have 20k in cash incase the price is right. Which for me is C0.20 with an aim for 50% gain. This is all assuming GB and Nigel Burton can unlock commercial value from the company and turn it around (very likely)

If there is an European wide lockdown probably see a drop in gas and fuel again which would make this less attractive. Depends if anyone else fully follows us but if they do can see a 15/20% drop. Got money if it does so not too bothered

This whole 'I wish we never got involved with COVID' is just the completely wrong way of looking at it. The MICROTOX BT was always coming regardless of COVID or not, COVID was just the 'excuse' if you like for #DVRG to get their foot in the door and open negotiations up with sectors like the cruise industry and others alike. Why do you think GB is constantly saying there are 2700+ viruses, bacteria and toxins. We have much more flexibility than your standard 'covid play'

Exactly, nailed it. I go (well used to) on cruises all the time and the company could basically pass the cost on to the customer without really knowing anyway. Cruises are strangely loyal to the sea so anything to get the voyages going will be a winner and with over half a million customers worldwide on ships its a great market to tap into and thats one industry

Her remuneration for 2020 is 320k not 600. Also she is encouraged to build up to 64k shares as per the 2020 remuneration report and has 5 years to do so to fill the requirement (page 105).

So expect a few more buys from her but always good to see the board are aware that there needs to be alignment between shareholders and the individuals working in the company

There is no takeover, its a one for one share merger (pre 10:1 consolidation). So if you hold 1mil shares here you will get 100k SKIN shares

Dont think it will be but it COULD be Amazon, isn't data/their cloud and innovative technology the biggest part of their business now (in revenues terms) and of course they are global as you get
