Key Terms:

· Riversgold to farm-in to the Northern Zone Project with the right to earn up to 80% beneficial interest via:

o Immediate cash consideration of A$50,000 payable to Oracle

o Exploration Expenditure (examples of which are set out in the HOA) of not less than A$600,000 within the next two years.

· Riversgold has the option to withdraw if it has incurred A$200,000 of Exploration Expenditure in the first year.

· Thereafter Oracle to retain 20% interest, which would be funded at its sole discretion under a joint venture agreement that would be put in place.”

500k shares on a free ride! Originally 2m shares from 2017, took profit multiple times, last one at approx 35p.

I’m invested so have no agenda only opportunity for the coming years. Took a profit at 2.4 on the original spike and this time at 1.44, its just my way to bank some some gains along the way. Still holding 2m from 0.66 and will add when the opportunity arises. This is a high risk share IMO but the rewards could be life changing for many investors if it comes right. The raise today could have been worse, that said if your the man at the top and you say you’re fully funded you should be. Let’s hope they know a little more than we do and the funds are truly to accelerate things forward. GLA, Ady

Hi Dotcom, I'm looking forward 18 months on this and the chart should be significantly different. If the share price drops to 1p which I doubt it will I'll be buying another 2m shares.
