I beg to differ, if you believe in the product you expect a boom however long it takes, however this is a lower market ... it could easily be bust, was my meaning.

That is why this is an investment - as are many on the lower market, it is a risk and could be boom or bust in short order.

Doing you own research or even courteous look into the product/s is far more important, than the incessant calling from accounts of global tech, multiple baggers and multiple pennies ...

Ostensibly the product Alludium offers could be taken up quicker in the short term than over at CPAI (I'm in both for clarity) .. but CPAI could have a longer term upside due to the nature of their setup. Again, all comes down to what you see as value, or are after a quick quid over the weeks or months

I like to remain optimistic and think it'll be worked out amicably. However if there are break clauses and notice is the only thing required, disputed or not there isn't much that can be done.

As said numerous times, hopeful for a positive outcome for all involved here

I thought we had some on here saying it was governed by English contract law? The clincher for me has always been; what where the particulars and clauses in the contract between Conrad and Empyrean... without talks of legal or not, that's the only way we'll know who can do what.

Until then it's really just guess work, you can when looking from both sides call logical arguments either way

You are fully aware ctai are essentially an investment vehicle? One of which is Alludium, albeit perhaps it's their only meaningful investment at the moment... things aren't like a light switch. Either hold or sell, obsessing daily won't help

HL be counted as representative or nominee for private investors, no? i.e. those with SIPPS/ ISAs etc who hold shares . That'd just be indicative of PI's selling rather than an institution liquidating huge sums

Let me get this right, you bought some shares - were 20-30% up, didn't sell. Told others to read and re-read the RNS's and still missed the detail in the RNS on the 18th? And are now are just spreading negativity on the share? Sorry don't normally call it out - but have you actually got any shares here?

I guess it can be true if you're just trading the share than holding

Quite new here, but the journey in this is where the true value will come. More than likely some quick profits to be had - each to their own

@SmTch73 I think @Dicko80 means just holding the shares, like with dividends.. your holding is already known to them unless you've sold

It's a tough one really, but in essence - yes, what you've said sums up the gold stuff. The other side is its a carry and a split of profits at the end of the tunnel provided sign offs and licences - little for them to really do.

Lack of news on the other projects is killing all other positivity. I think on balance the 'stuff' is there, but how much cash it'll take and what they are or aren't actively doing in the background is where the lack of trust creeps . Fine line though too many RNS's and nothing to show vs not enough and lack of interest ...

12.5% showing the last buy - bid hasn't really moved much if any the last week

Remember seeing it listed on an ii newsletter in the 40p range ... stuck it on a watchlist and went after more 'shinier' looking things .... got back in closer to 300p average. Still happy to be in though, had the nagging thoughts about buying more when it was 170p range.... hindsight indeed!

Long game here too - great to see something actually positive and industrial/ manufacturing in the country

I also read it as the deal was expected to generate more in farm down monies. But yes, also the shady practice forced on Coro and EME to wipe them out of fair values

I take it as uncertainty as we're getting the carry here, it needs production to see anything into the coffers - might be a while off yet. However if grades look good on the remaining drill/ excavation sites it could well prop the SP a bit in anticipation. Gold is/ should just be one of the projects that factor the SP

Back to where it was a month or two ago, the last spike I do wonder if manipulated OR in anticipation of something more fundamental being announced that never was ... BoD is pretty anonymous, optimist in me is hoping its a delayed announcement and the tidbits over twitter and the like was just a bit too soon.

Lest we mention wishbone .. a lot of the stocks that are purely explorers looking for gold need a lot of the hype and marketing to be flowing to get to new heights of a SP - as we saw here a few months ago about a 'deal' ... and the speculation buzz it causes.

Ultimately it's more than likely going to be a slow burner on many fronts, if lucky, with spikes all over ... rich overnight it unfortunately isn't likely to be
