Could some one give me some basic information, so I can begin to understand how this take over bid works.

If I return the form accepting the offer will I get £3.70 a share?

Also why if the offer is £3.70 a share why is the current price only around £3.20. Obviously there is a big gap in my understanding, so would appreciate some guidance.

Hi, would someone tell me why Direct line shares have dropped 20% over the passed 5 years, but they pay out a mega average of 10% dividend. I know the uncertainty of Brexit and covid haven't helped confidence, but they still paid out 11.4% last year. So why the negativity?

Charles Stanley has just amended the value of my holdings from zero back to 7.2, the price we were when we stopped trading. However they they still do allow trading.

Will we get our money back?

Sorry just a thought , liked the comment favouring Irnbru over Ironveld. But if they were intrested it would free me of Ironveld which is going nowhere. Thanks for the comments.

Just added Bushveld. looking to buy. they seem a good bet as their business model is based on a low price Vanadium Market , also they have integrated themselves with battery product. I am thinking this could be one for the long term. At least they have the ability to process the ore must be an are currently in production as well as further prospecting would they be interested in Ironveld?

Checked this morning , Geopark is a New York exchange and my broker charges £75 a trade plus management charges, not for me sadly.
