For a small cap company 3m shares is a significant buy and not all MM will have the liquidity. So I disagree. I do not post regularly on this board but do have a very significant holding in Zephyr. I just want to make it clear the market is rarely wrong. There is no market manipulation the share price is NOT being managed and until we progress to production or indeed we have a partner to accelerate development of the paradox nothing is likely to change irrespective of what folk think. However we are on the cusp of something big and I do agree that with a little more patience we might possibly all get to a price that reflects where we all would like to be. I cannot unfortunately put a timeline on it. Good luck to all that hold

Agreed again molatovkid especially when previously the company had stated there was no need for a partner to develop the paradox basin. Colin seems fairly impatient (why wouldn’t you be?) and I’m guessing if a big boy comes in at the right price well maybe …. Again that’s for another day further down the line

Agreed molatovkid, even the tie was dumbed down! Let’s wait and see what happens in the next 12 months. Would be interesting if a partner came on board but we can cross that bridge when come to it.

Interesting webinar tonight. I noticed Colin wasn’t as bullish as in previous interviews, the Colgate smile somewhat diminished and a tad twitchy with his pen. All in all he is very good at conducting these webinars and also no doubt about his commitment to the company. Overall I am willing to give him the benefit of doubt over recent events and company decisions but I think this is going to take longer than most of us envisaged after the meteoric rise of a couple of years ago, they have encountered many difficulties outside of their control. I thought it was interesting that they are now prepared to engage with potential partners going forward to accelerate the development of the paradox whereas I believe previously Colin has said that they were capable of developing the basin on their own. The company is also in its infancy and I guess they are also learning as they are going along, we seem to forget this. It’s a complex strategy and I for one can offer an opinion but it’s down to industry experts that guide the company to where it wants to be. Let’s keep the faith and see where we are by year end. FACT We are a long way behind what we were led to believe was possible 12-18 months ago X
Just to reiterate I am not negative toward the company and I am a fan of CH however in my opinion the jury is out and he needs to either prove the rhetoric re a production plan going forward for 2023 (something which we are yet to see) or reign it in a little until such objectives can be achieved.

Fairly heavily invested here for the last 3 years at I must say a decent average, however like all of us I’m starting to feel a tad frustrated in the lack of communication and missed deadlines.
We were led to believe around 12 months ago that H2 2022 would lead to a fully funded 3 well drilling campaign and here we are nearing end of Q1 2023 awaiting an update of 1 well drilled late 2022. We also have no RNS update on our strategy for 2023 going forward (this concerns me more than anything else) something which was inferred to that possibly 10 wells could be drilled in 2023. We are an awful long way from that scenario. For the naysayers I do believe in CH and the board however they have let themselves down over the last 12 months by not informing the market of the lack of infrastructure in place to enable production to occur. We all understand weather issues and permitting delays outside of the company control however this has more to do with weather and permits. I am learning that while I am admirer of CH (main criteria for me investing in the first place) his ebullience and exuberance is somewhat over exaggerated at times which has caught a few of us off guard and indeed it wouldn’t do him a disservice to play it down until the basin is proved up and the infrastructure in place to deliver what could be a game changer. I have been patient now for 18 months awaiting a company RNS which truly defines the making of Zephyr and while most if not all of the RNS releases are of a positive nature there does seem to be to date a lack of much meat on any bone the company offers so therefore the market and myself have yet to be convinced. I truly hope that sooner rather than later we can see a route to sustained production from the paradox. Good luck all

Good evening all
I’m still intrigued to know what the business model looks like for 2023 and beyond. There was talk of 10-15 new wells targeted for 2023 and here we are just two weeks out from a new year and we have absolutely no idea how this is going to pan out. That was a bold statement to make and if true will need time to put into place. Internally the company surely by now must have forecasts and plans for next year. I understand we have incurred delays which will have put back plans and we are awaiting results from the latest campaign. To date even after the latest company presentation which was in my opinion fairly vague and offered up no new concrete definitive plans for the upcoming 12 months we are still no wiser as to what to expect going forward with specific timelines and catalysts, that to me is key here. I am still confident with a sizeable holding but as we stand I would like more clarity something which I feel has been lacking in recent months. Merry Christmas all and a hopefully very prosperous 2023 for all Zephyr holders

Wow, I do not post here very often happy to sit on the sidelines….
I have listened to the webinar a few times from last night and in my opinion Colin was top notch, we have the bones of a company in the making with plenty more meat on the bone to come. Looking closely at Colin’s attitude to the webinar, he was unusually bullish ( normally fairly reserved and understated ). He answered all questions unreservedly and without hesitation. The interview was extremely well executed and gave us shareholders a lot of new information previously unbeknown to us all regarding infrastructure etc. The share graph projections were eye watering ( not to say they will pan out, but upside is truly staggering). Obviously people will trade this stock and good luck to them, there might well be better opportunities out there in “the near term” (see what I did there) however nothing is guaranteed. This is in my opinion as good as it gets if folk are willing to hang in there until results of the 3 x H2 2022 drilling campaign are made official. In the grand scheme of things it’s not too long to wait, we have so much to look forward to in the run up to Christmas and beyond, I urge investors in this stock to sit tight and see how this pans out till the end of this year and into 2023 and beyond

I am in London today so will comment briefly now, I have a call with Colin this afternoon so will update tomorrow. Having said that this announcement pretty much speaks for itself, it is really fantastic news for the company and shareholders and subject to all the usual caveats whilst testing the management, who are not known for exaggeration seem remarkably chipper about this news.

Whilst the share price has moved strongly upwards during the Paradox journey this news can only lead to significant further moves as markets realise just how big this company could be. Note mentions of potential further growth from increased laterals, completion techniques and that this well is restricted by surface facilities which should see production rates rising in due course.

With the production that Zephyr bought to give funding flexibility and now a really great result from the Paradox Basin I’m sure that when I speak to Colin later it will be a positive but as ever measured conversation, I shall be less measured, this sets Zephyr on the road to being a landmark oil company and the share price should increase substantially from here.

papaduke not a daft question it was one of the first things that crossed my mind upon release of the RNS. You have to ask yourself where we are as a company as it stands? The answer is that although the board have done a remarkable job in a short period of time, we are nowhere near the stage of funding the whole of the paradox basin project to the extent of 200 wells. We are despite the meteoric rise over the last 10 months still in our infancy. Even with non op cash and ASSUMING commerciality of the latest horizontal lateral drill we will still only have enough funding for another 3 wells in 2022 if we proceed on our own not withstanding any other acquisitions that might occur that would still have to be paid for. We also still have to pay for the recent acquisitions due to come online in March 2022. As Colin said “we need a bigger engine” I’m guessing (it is only guessing) as the paradox puzzle unlocks itself all will become clearer but this will take time. There are many options open to the company and all good. If we go it alone it will take longer, joint venture high probability, reserve based lending a distinct possibility and also highly likely both to scale up production on a much quicker timescale. Sell the company maybe but I don’t see that happening in the near term maybe a little further down the Rocky Mountain road (pun intended) Time will tell, rest assured I’m more than happy with my position here and will continue to hold well into next year and possibly beyond. Interesting to see if Malcy will include Zephyr in the 2022 bucket list due out end of this this year.

That is exactly what I’d did. Sold out here after P1 results for a 65% loss. Got into Zephyr at 2.45p and have never looked back. Great CEO, communication and prospects. Looking for a re entry point here, however at the moment I can’t see it happening…

I agree sold out for a massive 6 figure loss in Feb after 10 years which hurt. However clawed nearly all of it back in Zephyr since Feb. Might look to re enter soon but the case for Zephyr is soooo compelling
