We will need contracts with certain key operations companies for executing the project:

1. Maritime Group Desgagnés - Contract announced on 26/02/26

2. Stampede Drilling - Contract announced on 27/03/26

3. Halliburton - Contract announced on 27/04/26

I was waiting for the announcement of the contract with Halliburton. That came through only yesterday and it was the last puzzle piece I was waiting for to fall into place for me to be sure of funding. There is usually a short time lag between the funds reaching the bank and the announcement. We should hear shortly.

Current status of the project with regard to key milestones executed so far:

1.5-year contract signed with Stampede Drilling.

2. Contract signed with the Canadian maritime group Desgagnés to transport cargo for the drilling operations.

3. Contract signed with Haliburton. The contract relates to the planning, coordination, handling, and transportation of equipment, services, and goods. In other words, the agreement includes comprehensive well and drilling services.

4. Funds raised for drilling the first two wells.

The press release today is great news: "Gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be $70 million, before deducting placement agent fees and offering expenses. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including working capital and operating expenses." Since the fundraising efforts are out of the way, the focus now will be executing the task of drilling the first two wells at Jameson Land. Onwards and upwards!

I have never claimed that Jameson Land is CURRENTLY a helium play. JL is CURRENTLY an oil play. Independent report by Sproule ERCE identified 13.03 billion barrels (P10) recoverable oil potential. The CURRENT play is a hunt for the 13.03 billion barrels of oil. This does not mean we should not discuss the prospectivity of other goodies that might be under the ground at JL, one of which is helium.

Speaking of Sproule ERCE, in June 2025, Pulsar Helium contracted the company to conduct a pre-feasibility study for its Tunu helium-geothermal project at their Liverpool Land site in East Greenland. The study has confirmed promising geothermal reservoir potential and associated helium production opportunity. The fact that the same "basement" rocks that supply Pulsar's helium also sit beneath Jameson Land licences is quite telling. It suggests a regional "Helium Province" that extends across the entire area. So, the potential is there, but it is currently "UNPROVEN." (I repeat "UNPROVEN"). Please note, Pulsar's Liverpool Land project area is just 63km² while 80M's Jameson Land project area is a massive 8,429km² or 2.08 million acres. To put the size into perspective, the 8,429km² area is roughly equivalent to:

❖ The Maracaibo Basin in Venezuela (one of the world's richest gas-producing areas).

❖ Nearly 10 times the size of the Prudhoe Bay oil field in Alaska

HELIUM PROSPECTIVITY

Helium is a rare and valuable gas with a variety of unique properties, such as being light, having a very low boiling point, and being chemically inert. These characteristics make helium indispensable in numerous high-tech and scientific applications. It is crucial for cooling superconducting magnets in MRI machines and particle accelerators, providing a non-reactive environment for arc welding, manufacturing semiconductors, and enabling high-altitude research in weather balloons. Helium is also used in deep-sea diving and for inflating airships and balloons. As a non-renewable resource predominantly extracted from natural gas reserves, the scarcity and rising demand for helium highlight its economic and strategic importance.

Helium is usually found in association with natural gas accumulations. The Jameson Land Basin's extensive sedimentary layers are thermally mature and rich in organic material and the presence of ancient volcanic activity contributing to the potential for helium generation and entrapment THIS BASIN HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE ONE OF THE LARGEST PRODUCERS GLOBALLY. Although helium is typically used as a carrier in gas chromatography, anomalous helium results have been encountered around the basin margin and along sedimentary boundaries. In addition to this, the known geology and structure of the basin are conducive to the generation of helium rich gas deposits deeper in the basin. Compared to other helium, white hydrogen-producing regions, THE POTENTIAL RESERVES IN THE JAMESON LAND BASIN COULD POSITION GREENLAND AS A SIGNIFICANT PLAYER ALONGSIDE THE UINTED STATES, QATAR, ALGERIA AND RUSSIA.

The geological characteristics of the basin suggest significant reserves of gas could occur in large previously identified reservoirs, all of which is supported by large amounts of historical data as well as geochemical profiles from previous exploration campaigns.

Several highly anomalous helium results have been collected throughout the entire area and broader region over the last 50 years, without a systematic evaluation until now.

The entire area is seen as incredibly prospective for industrial gas accumulations and the Company is optimistic that a significant discovery can be made on Jameson. Initially the Company will integrate and re-examine all historical work for industrial gasses with a site visit set for later Q3 2024 to examine these sampling sites and to take fresh samples."

For a fundraise to "successfully close," the SEC must issue a "Notice of Effectiveness" on their EDGAR system after a S-1 or S-1/A has been filed. In the case of GLND:

There can be a diversity of opinion on the matter of Trump’s true intentions of the Middle East war but this forum may not be the right place to discuss ​the issue. The Department of Business, Raw Materials, Energy, Justice and Gender Equality announces that the total Naalakkersuisut has approved an indirect transfer of the exploitation permit MIN 2020-54 to certain minerals for Tanbreez Mining Greenland A / S.

An indirect transfer means that the ownership of the company that has the permit is changed, while the permit itself remains registered with the same company. This can be done, for example, by selling shares in a parent company. An indirect transfer thus differs from one direct transfer, where the permit itself is transferred from one company to another. The permit remains with the same licensee, while the control of the company and the controlling influence change.

Naalakkersuisoq for Foreign Affairs, Business and Raw Materials, Múte B. Egede, states:

”Naalakkersuisut has just approved the indirect transfer of the Tanbreez exploitation permit by Killavaat Alannguat in South Greenland. It remains the Greenlandic company Tanbreez Mining Greenland A / S, which is the licensee of the permit. This approval only changes to the underlying circle of owners.

Following the indirect transfer, it is the company Critical Metals Corp, which has the controlling influence in Tanbreez, where the prior approval was Rimbal Pty Ltd.
