The last half an hour of trading could be very interesting ahead of the weekend. We saw a load of big trades late on in yesterday's trading, could we see a repeat again today ?
The most daily trades in the stock since I've been in here from January last year and the biggest daily volume now approaching 26M shares !!!!
What a day !
A total of 243 trades 'officially' reported yesterday, smashed it in two hours this morning !!!
......make that over 200 trades now !
How exciting !
Over 100 trades so far this morning, we could better yesterday's tally of 243 trades at this rate !! Nice.
#Still Long&Strong
Volume now ticking above 3.2M for the day officially. Best since 25/01 when volume of around 8.2m was reported.
Yep, and just over 3M shares traded so far, 2x 1M buys !
Nice.
Ctd.
....for their own agenda ?
Not long to find out !!
For yet the umpteenth time as the share price approaches 60p will the MM's algobots knock it back down again for their
Nice consolation prize for those whom will lose out in the bidding war for Foxtons !
Someone's keen first thing this morning after yesterday's high of the year over there on the TSX last night !
🤫
No doubt questions will be asked about the ongoing takeover talks of the company and will no doubt over shadow the exciting prospects of the company as we head into another busy Summer season in the property rental market.
Could we see more market game play today ahead of the weekend, more than likely !!!
And at a year high on 10x average volume over there currently.

I mentioned only a few days ago about how we would see a wave of US companies bidding up for UK Plc, Darktrace being the latest to be on the receiving end this morning.
Could this now be it for Foxtons ??
I mentioned a couple weeks back about how markets were due to turn South and that the US Dollar would start to strengthen.
Well, quelle surprise here we are and already we're seeing bid and merger activity involving US companies and hedge funds as the Dollar gains across all world currencies.
Total manipulation of course and expect the Dollar to gain parity versus the Euro and break $1.20 versus GB sterling as we move into the Summer months.
Makes a US fund more than likely a bidder for Foxtons in my opinion and especially after all the market antics in keeping a lid on the share price of Foxtons over the last year or so preventing any real price appreciation of the stock.
Just reading all the reports in the media this afternoon, nothing in the Daily Mail money section nor the Times business and the Investors Chronicle report 'tentative recovery' at Foxtons.
City Am were quite bullish surprisingly but as there were no negatives in the trading statement for a change the market did their best to once again keep a lid on these.
Tree shake Friday tomorrow ahead of the weekend ??
Yep, no dramas here !
The Times and City Am as well as those 'activist' shareholders will be disappointed.
My advice, keep quiet and let Gittins & Co. do their jobs accordingly !
🤐
We'll find out in the morning after yet another trading statement will be released by the company, although expect management to play down the fortunes of the company for yet the umpteenth time.
I'm looking to add on the dip which comes around like clockwork whenever the company reports to the market !
Good and searching question, especially for all those major shareholders that are severely under water here and want as much as possible to mitigate their losses after holding for all this time.
Here's my thoughts.
Anything under £1.00 no-one is getting out of bed for that let's be honest here !
£1.10 - £1.20 - success probability say 10-20%
£1.20 - £1.30 - success probability say 20- 30%
£1.30- £1.50 - success probability say over 50%
What any potential bidder has to be extremely mindful of is that pitch the bid price too low and then the likelihood of a bidding war for Foxtons could easily ensure.
Good for us !! 😉
Just reclaiming some of the 15% the price lost since hitting 60p a few weeks back.
Management piled in as well last week before the last financial year ended.
Looking good on all fronts for Foxtons and I'm still scratching my head as to why there was nothing for the housing sector in last months budget.
Hmmmmm, very strange , I wonder what the government has up its sleeve ?
