Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
No it doesn't, a simple bit of research will correct your numbers, go off and do it. And if you want to know how much Paul invested at float, there's an RNS explaining that too.
From the 4 June RNS
"As previously announced a Collaboration Agreement with a leading Trinidadian industrial company was signed with Lease Operators Ltd. ("LOL") for the PS-1 Block in the Palo Seco PS-1 field to provide C02 EOR services. LOL secured a 10-year contract with State oil company Heritage Petroleum Trinidad Ltd. ("Heritage") to further develop the PS-1 Block in the Palo Seco PS-1 field. Application of the Company's C02 EOR expertise has an important role to play during the period of the LOL and Heritage contract. Lease Operators Ltd. are one of the largest private Trinidadian companies"
Please see this report for some history in relation to field mentioned, which looks likely to be our second project?

"4.1.2 Palo Seco Field Complex
The Palo Seco field was discovered in 1910 and, according to Gluyas, is considered to be
the third largest field in the country. Palo Seco is a complex or group of oil pools rather than
a single field and comprises a series of oil fields, including Erin, Los Bajos and Grand
Ravine. It covers an area of 22 km2
. According to Gluyas & Swarbrick3
, Palo Seco has
estimated STOIIP of 1,691 MMstb. The main producing reservoirs are Pliocene and
Miocene sandstones, including the deltaic Lower Forest and Cruse sands. These formations
are the oil-bearing sands at South Erin, which is located west of the main Palo Seco field
(Figure 4.4). The Erin extension to Palo Seco was discovered in 1963."
So, it would appear our potential second EOR project involves the "3rd largest (oil) field in the country"??
If FRAM is acquired, we won't pay Massy will IMO.
Another press cut re blackouts https://www.techzine.eu/news/infrastructure/61294/power-cuts-in-ireland-due-to-energy-intake-by-data-centres/
Also, an interesting development north of the border. https://www.h2-view.com/story/expansion-of-subsurface-hydrogen-storage-to-be-advanced-in-belfast/
Hi All, re the ability to issue up to 100M shares (Resolution 4 here https://wp-predatoroilandgas-2020.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/media/2021/06/09224955/261333-Predator-Oil-Gas-Notice-Web-FINAL.pdf). This was also a resolution in 2019 and looks to be a standard approach to give the Baord flexibility (https://www.predatoroilandgas.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Notice-of-AGM-2019.pdf).
Obviously it won't be by car, but it's less than 5 hours by car from the SDX site to MOU1 pad (see the annual report), so even on a slow lorry, less than a day. Unlikely SDX finished with it today, but if they did and the weekend was worked, you could easiely be drill ready before Monday. Once SDX finish, we won't be waiting long IMO.

Enjoying the report, quite a few gems. So far this paragraph stood out.
"2021 is possibly a pivotal year for the Company in terms of production income from Trinidad and the high impact of any drilling success in Morocco. These factors could potentially very much enhance the Company’s financial credentials to finally secure the Ram Head successor authorisation."
Now on the website, it wasn't just after 7am, but is now https://wp-predatoroilandgas-2020.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/media/2021/06/09225030/261085-Predator-plc-AR-Web.pdf
Yeah, here isn't designed for that. You on twitter?
Which tool are you using Adon30? the snipping tool is a windows one that you can use to take screenshots of any part of your screen. If you type in the search box by your desktop start button and type snip, it should find it.
Otherwise, when you are in the tool and have the image showing hold down the "Alt" key and then press the "PrtScn" key. That will take an image that you can then paste into, Paint, word etc. and save.
Hi Adon30 - can you confirm the co-ordinantes for the site? If you have the clipping tool you can take screen shots that way.

Press coverage https://newsday.co.tt/2021/06/07/young-plans-low-carbon-energy-future-for-trinidad-and-tobago/
"Jubilee is a rare example of a sizeable producing field with significant undeveloped reserves. Current production from the area subject to the bid is c. 3,800 bopd but the field has approximately 1 billion bbls of estimated oil in place. The bid area is part of the giant Trinmar group of fields that has produced over 750 million barrels of oil to date and is located adjacent to the Company's West Coast assets in the shallow water area between Trinidad and Eastern Venezuela."

A couple of paragraphs that stand out:
"It is estimated that the country emits approximately 40 million tons of carbon dioxide which has the potential to be utilized in oil recovery while reducing the country’s carbon footprint. In May 2020, the Ministry approved an EOR CO pilot project operated by Columbus Energy in the Inniss-Trinity IPSC (Guayaguayare). The outcome has been positive and there is a potential for additional recovery of up to 9 million barrels of oil. This form of initiative is welcomed by the Government and will be supported."
"This conversation has already started with the state oil company Heritage Petroleum Company Limited which possesses the majority of the country’s prospective crude oil resources. In our consultation, the company has mapped out an action plan aimed at optimizing exploration and development of its acreage on land and in marine areas. A key element in the action plan is attracting private investment which has shown a renewed interest in oil exploration with the improvement in the oil price. In this regard the company has issued new land sub licences to a number of operators and executed a joint venture agreement with EOG Resources Limited for the development of acreage in South West Soldado. The company is also currently reviewing expressions of interest from several parties in respect of its Jubilee field which is candidate for EOR CO flooding."
Will keep my eye out for access to recordings of sessions etc., but Monday in particular could be interesting. It might be too early, but I have my fingers crossed for a ETS announcement (or at least an indication of a timeline to one).
I presume those with large holdings know that if we switch to AIM then after 2 years (if you continue to hold) your holding will not form part of your estate for inheritance tax purposes. I expect the board know that too, although I think they are more focused on the agility for deal making in the short term. I'm not saying the move to AIM doesn't come without some risks, but right now it looks positive all round to me.
