YA forward sold shares, got caught out and are now being dealt with, ZAZA has confirmed we have the cash and YA could easily manipulate our SP for a long time so why fight with them now? Why would it make sense to fight with them now?

Outrider have been stifled, why? We don't need to pay them until 2020 so why pick a fight now? Mr Hope or lack there of has been acting in bad faith so now removed from the board

GG arbitration will be dealt with, American/British/European interests in this project will outweigh GG interests to be quite frank and they know that... if GG really wanted to push they would have already yet it seems since the SM1/2 have been in Georgia nothing has happened? Why? like i said earlier just look at it for what it is... but lets be honest you copy and follow W@nkshack, TW, Easyn0b and have a purpose... so continue at your own peril....

and why would they stick around especially if FRR were falling by the wayside? It just wouldn't make sense, if i ever get into a deal with someone i research them beforehand and conclude whether i can do business with them, within two weeks of working with someone (early due diligence) you know whether to proceed or not, nobody stays working on a sinking ship.... we are in a very comfortable position if you just look at the picture for exactly what it is.

FRR can win a case against a government and if you look at the basis of the case why would they want FRR assets?

FRR have lobbied via Cornerstone Goverment affairs for years, do some research on them and you will find out exactly how long there reach is and what they do on DAILY basis.

So to summarise, we have 3 parties all fighting over trying to control FRR assets and each one being managed with relative ease it would seem, we seem to have a shrewd bunch at FRR and there Partners ;) and then there is SM1 and SM2

The bank have a first charge on many of my mortgages, not on one does it state i can't sell a property/asset without there consent. The one thing it does say is if i do sell any of my assets i need to pay the loan in full.

FRR deal is structured in the same way however the one hindrance Outrider could have performed was if FRR wanted to Farm out/sell - all board members need to agree however if one or another board member isn't on the board temporarily/permanently then voting can still take, the way boards are designed/structured are so the business can always fully operate without all board members.

ZAZA i believe is ramping up operations, think about it... in the last month he has thrown a spanner at YA and publicly put them on the back foot and exposed what we expected for a very long time with the shorting and now with OUTRIDER we are taking legal action which has hopefully removed Hope at board level temporarily while discussions progress so he will no longer be privy to any inside information.

Not really, they believe they have a first charge from the loan security so instead of trying to play they're and block a deal to get something out of it FRR are taking a position to dispute the security in preparation for a deal presumably. You have to remember loan sharks don't think logically and isn't just about upside with them... they will try to squeeze every last bit out of FRR and strongarm them, like ZAZA said before... they only go to court when they are confident!

i think you may be referring to the meeting with Azerbaijan leader Aliyev in April

Has to be EXXON, we know they sent teams to Georgia earlier in the year to investigate the larger fields which has to be us, clearly someone has liked what they found and so much so they're not letting anyone else find out exactly what(NDA)
