LONDON (Alliance News) - Media and advertising group WPP PLC Tuesday said its Grey Healthcare Group subsidiary has acquired a minority stake in PARx Solutions Inc.
PARx has created a platform designed to help physicians and pharmacies in managing prescriptions.
No financial details were disclosed on the investment.
Shares in WPP were up 1% to 1,575.00 pence Tuesday afternoon.
