LONDON (Alliance News) - Witan Investment Trust PLC said Wednesday that Chairman Harry Henderson intends to retire from the board at the company's annual general meeting in 2020.
The company said it established a board committee, led by Senior Independent Director Tony Watson, to start the search for a new chairman during 2019.
Witan shares were trading down 1.5% at 1,020.8486 pence each early Wednesday.
