Wilmington Agrees Extension To GBP65 Million Revolving Credit Facility

Thu, 04th Jul 2019 12:39

(Alliance News) - Publishing firm Wilmington PLC said Thursday it had extended its existing GBP65 million revolving credit facility to July 2023 with a revised agreement, with an additional option to increase to GBP100 million.

The GBP65 million facility with Barclays PLC, Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC and Bank of Ireland PLC was originally due to expire at the start of July 2020. This has now been extended to early July 2023 with the option to further extend to early October 2024.

The new revised agreement comes with "materially" the same terms as the initial deal.

The facility agreement also includes an accordion option for a further GBP35 milion, increasing the potential commitment to GBP100 million.

Shares in Wilmington were untraded at 197.00 pence in London on Thursday.
